Shipping Policy for Mr. Resin Crafts

Thank you for shopping with Mr. Resin Crafts! We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible while managing expectations transparently. This policy outlines our shipping practices, timelines, and what to expect. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We comply with applicable U.S. laws, including the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (FTC Rule).

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: We typically process and ship orders within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends). Processing includes preparing your order, creating a shipping label, and handing it off to the carrier (primarily UPS).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Fulfillment Locations: Orders are fulfilled from our nearest warehouse to you, which may include our Las Vegas warehouse or Amazon inventory for faster delivery.

2. Shipping Options and Estimated Transit Times

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once the package is handed over to UPS. We are not responsible for carrier delays (e.g., weather, scanning issues, or high volume periods). Transit times do not include processing time.

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all domestic orders. Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days, depending on your location within the contiguous U.S.
  • Priority/Next-Day Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee (e.g., UPS Next Day Air options). Estimated transit: 1-3 business days after handover.
    • Next-day options refer to delivery on the next business day after shipment (Monday-Friday; Saturday delivery may be available for select services with additional fees).
    • We select the appropriate UPS service to match your chosen option, but exact delivery times (e.g., by 10:30 AM or end-of-day) depend on UPS commitments and your location.

We ship primarily to addresses in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico where available). International shipping is not currently offered.

3. Tracking and Delays

  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your label is created and the package is prepared for handover.
  • Carrier scanning delays can occur after drop-off; this does not mean the package is lost.
  • Delays and FTC Compliance: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. If we anticipate a delay beyond our stated timelines (or 30 days if unspecified), we will notify you promptly via email with a revised estimate and offer options: consent to the delay, reshipment at our expense, or cancellation with a full refund.
  • In cases of confirmed lost packages (per carrier investigation), we will reship or refund at our discretion.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain expedited services (check at checkout).
  • Hazardous materials restrictions may apply to some resin products per UPS guidelines.
