Return and Refund Policy for Mr. Resin Crafts
Thank you for shopping with Mr. Resin Crafts. We strive to provide high-quality resin products and excellent service. This policy outlines our terms for returns, refunds, cancellations, and shipping to ensure a smooth experience. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We comply with applicable U.S. laws, including the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (MITOR).
1. Order Processing and Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends). Processing includes preparing your order, creating shipping labels, and handing it off to the carrier (e.g., UPS).
- Shipping Times: Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. "Next-day" or expedited shipping refers to the carrier's delivery method once the package is in their possession. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, such as scanning issues, weather, or other unforeseen events.
- Weekends and holidays do not count as business days for processing or shipping.
2. Cancellations
- Cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, a shipping label has been created, or the package has been dropped off with the carrier. We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, so please review your order carefully before completing purchase.
- If you request cancellation before these stages, we will attempt to accommodate it and issue a full refund. After label creation or drop-off, the order is considered in transit, and standard return procedures apply (see below).
- For time-sensitive orders, we recommend contacting us immediately after purchase to confirm feasibility.
3. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
- If there is a delay in shipping (e.g., beyond the estimated time or due to carrier issues like delayed scans), we will notify you promptly via email with a revised estimated delivery date and offer options such as cancellation with a full refund or reshipment at our expense.
- In cases of lost packages (confirmed by the carrier as undeliverable after handover), we will reship the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund, at our discretion. However, if a package shows no initial scan but was dropped off, it may be treated as lost, and we reserve the right to reship rather than refund immediately.
- Per FTC guidelines, if we cannot ship within the promised time (or 30 days if unspecified), we will seek your consent for the delay. If you do not consent, we will cancel and refund promptly without further request.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable if the delay is due to carrier issues beyond our control, but we may offer a partial refund as goodwill.
4. Returns and Exchanges
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Returns for used or damaged items (not due to shipping damage) are not accepted.
- To initiate a return, contact us at info@mrresincrafts.com with your order number and reason. We will provide instructions.
- Buyer Responsibility: You are responsible for purchasing and arranging return shipping. We recommend using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Exchanges are handled as returns followed by a new purchase. We do not offer direct exchanges.
- For damaged items upon arrival, notify us within 7 days with photos, and we will provide a replacement or refund, including return shipping if needed.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (or confirm cancellation for unshipped orders). Full refunds include the product cost; shipping fees may be refunded only if the issue is our fault (e.g., processing error).
- For delayed or unfulfilled orders under FTC rules, we provide prompt refunds (within 7 business days for credit card payments) without deduction.
- No refunds for custom or personalized items unless defective.
